The more you tell us up front, the faster and firmer our reply. A good message usually covers:
- What you need or have. Buying, selling, recycling, shipping, or reconditioning — and roughly how much.
- Quantities. Number of boxes or Gaylords, or pallets/loads if you're not counting units.
- Size & condition. Dimensions and grade if you know them; if not, a couple of photos say plenty.
- Where it's going or coming from. Your city and ZIP so we can estimate freight.
- Any timing. A deadline, a pickup window, or "just exploring" all help us prioritize.

How quotes & valuations work
Every quote is built by a person, priced with freight included, and sent by email — usually within one business day, and free valuations within 48 hours.
- You send the details. Use the form on any page, or email sales@usaboxesrecycle.com with photos and rough counts.
- We spec and price it. We match a stock size or spec a custom bin, then price it with freight to your ZIP folded in — no surprise line items.
- Selling to us? For quality reusable loads we send a free valuation and arrange pickup; lower grades route to recycling so nothing you send hits landfill.
- You decide. No obligation, no auto-renewals, no pressure. Reply when you're ready.

We ship boxes, Gaylords and accessories nationwide across the United States by LTL and full-truckload freight, and run reverse-logistics pickups for surplus and recycling. Our home base is the North Salt Lake yard, but you don't need to be in Utah to work with us.
Visiting or shipping to us? We're at 465 900 N, North Salt Lake, UT 84054. Dock pickups and drop-offs are by appointment — email us first so we can have your load staged and a dock ready. Hours are Mountain Time, listed above.
