Boxes are assessed for the reconditioning that fits.
Each box is assessed for the work that fits — light clean-up, a cut-down, new flaps, a fresh liner, or corner reinforcement — and sorted by the treatment path.
Restore
Clean, cut-down, re-flap, re-line and reinforce as needed.
We clean, cut oversized bins down to a custom height, replace worn flaps and liners, and reinforce corners and edges so the box performs like it should.
Re-grade
Restored boxes are re-graded and returned to stock.
Restored boxes are re-inspected and re-graded (A / B / C) so what goes back to stock is honestly labeled for its next duty.

We price by the work the box actually needs, not a flat fee, so a light clean-and-reflap costs a fraction of a full cut-down and re-line. In almost every case reconditioning lands well below the price of a new equivalent bin — which is exactly why the box is worth restoring instead of replacing.

Reconditioning is the highest rung on the reuse ladder: it keeps a box in service for another full life before recycling is even on the table. Every restored bin is one that did not have to be manufactured new, which is the biggest single carbon saving in the whole loop.
