Frequently asked questions
Do you have a phone number?
No — by design. We keep no phone line so our small team can give every request full attention by email. Use the form on any page or write to us directly; we reply fast.
What areas do you serve?
We ship boxes, Gaylords and accessories nationwide across the United States via LTL and full-truckload freight, and run reverse-logistics pickups for surplus and recycling.
What is the minimum order?
One bundle (about 10–15 boxes) for most stock. Freight economics favor pallet and truckload volumes, where per-unit pricing is lowest.
How much do used Gaylord boxes cost?
Most used Gaylords run $4–$14 each depending on grade, wall count and volume. Request a quote with your quantity for firm, freight-included pricing.
Do you buy used boxes?
Yes. Send photos and counts for a free valuation. For quality reusable loads we pay you and arrange pickup; lower grades are handled through recycling.
Are your boxes really landfill-free?
We run every load down the reuse-first ladder: resell, recondition, upcycle, then recycle spent fiber. Landfill is never a destination for material we handle.
Can I get certified strength ratings?
Yes — our new Gaylords and select stock come with ECT and Mullen burst certificates for food-grade, export and spec-critical loads.
How do you handle food-grade or export loads?
We stock certified new bins, food-grade and foil liners, and ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets for regulated and international shipments.
