Sell Your Boxes — USA Boxes Recycle operationWe buyRows of returned octagon bins staged for grading — the kind of surplus we pay for.
Answer first

If you have surplus or once-used boxes, Gaylords or pallets, we buy them. Send photos and counts for a free valuation; for qualifying loads we pay you and arrange the pickup — turning a disposal cost into revenue and keeping board out of landfill.

It is one of five services that share a single yard, one grading floor and one freight network — so whatever you need done to a box, it stays inside the same closed loop. See how the five fit together →

Step by step

How it works

01

Send photos & counts

A few pictures and rough quantities are enough to start.

A handful of phone photos and rough quantities is enough. Show us the walls, corners and any liners or print so we can grade from the images.

02

Free valuation

We grade from your photos and quote a buy price within 48 hours.

We grade from your photos, check the size against demand, and quote a buy price — or a no-cost recycling pickup for lower-grade loads — usually within 48 hours.

03

We schedule pickup

Our freight network collects from your dock — often at no cost to you.

Our carrier network collects from your dock, frequently as a backhaul on a truck already in your area, which is why pickup is often free to you.

04

You get paid

Payment on verified receipt. Disposal cost becomes revenue.

Payment issues on verified receipt and count at our yard. A disposal line item becomes a revenue line item.

Guidance, not a price list

Pricing & how quotes work

We do not publish a fixed per-box buy price because value depends on condition, size and where you are. What we promise: an honest valuation, freight we usually cover, and a clear choice between a paid buy-back or a diversion-only pickup. Either way you avoid landfill tipping fees.

What moves the numberWhy
ReusabilityClean, square, dry bins in in-demand sizes pay the most.
Size & wallStandard 40×48 and heavier walls have the widest resale demand.
VolumeA full truckload of one size is worth more than a mixed partial.
LocationLoads near an existing lane cost us less to collect, which lifts your net.

Who it's for

Industries & use cases

ManufacturingOnce-used inbound bins after a single receiving cycle.
Distribution & 3PLSurplus after a project, migration or facility close.
ImportersSingle-use shipping Gaylords from overseas containers.
Retail & groceryBackroom corrugated and returned display bins.
Ag & food processingSeasonal bins left over after a pack run.
Turnaround & logistics

Valuation typically lands within 48 hours of good photos; pickup is scheduled around available backhaul lanes, usually within one to two weeks, faster for urgent clear-outs.

Sustainability & diversion

Selling surplus keeps sound board in service for another full life instead of being baled or dumped early. Every load we buy back is board that did not need to be manufactured new — and we can quantify that saving for your reporting.

Example engagement

What this looks like in practice

After consolidating two warehouses, a distributor was staring at several hundred good double-wall bins and a rented dumpster. We valued the load from photos, paid for the reusable grade, folded a no-cost recycling pickup into the same trip for the rest, and issued a diversion certificate — turning a projected disposal bill into a small check.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What boxes do you buy?

Used Gaylords, corrugated cartons, pallets and accessories in reusable condition. Even mixed or lower-grade loads may qualify for recycling pickup.

Do you pay for the boxes?

For quality, reusable loads, yes. Lower-grade material is handled through our recycling service, which can still offset your disposal costs.

What condition do boxes need to be in?

Reusable is the bar: dry, structurally sound, corners intact, no heavy contamination. Cosmetic wear is fine. Loads that miss the bar for reuse usually still qualify for a recycling pickup.

Do I have to bale or palletize first?

No. Palletized is easier to load and can improve your net, but we handle loose and baled material too. Tell us how it is held and we plan the pickup around it.

How and when do I get paid?

Payment issues after we verify the count and grade at our yard. We agree the method — check or transfer — before pickup.

Is there a minimum quantity to sell?

Freight economics favor at least a pallet or two. Smaller lots may still work if they sit on an existing lane; ask and we will tell you honestly.
