We quote landed, freight-included prices — never a box price that surprises you with shipping later. Larger and more regular volumes unlock lower per-unit tiers, and we will tell you the break points so you can size an order economically.

What is the minimum order?

Do you quote a box price or a landed price?
A landed price — box plus freight to your dock, itemized. You never get a low box number that balloons at checkout with shipping.
Can I mix grades and sizes on one order?
Yes. Many buyers blend a few Grade A bins for critical loads with a value lot for everything else. We palletize and label so your team can tell them apart on arrival.
Can you hold recurring stock for us?
Yes. Tell us the size and monthly volume and we reserve a lot, blending reclaimed and overstock supply to keep your pack line fed on a fixed cadence.
What if a box arrives damaged in transit?
Note it on the delivery receipt and send a photo. Freight damage is on us to resolve — we replace or credit the affected units.
